On behalf of the children, staff and Governors, I would like to offer a very warm welcome to Outwoods Primary School’s website.
Pride is at the heart of all we do. Our broad and balanced curriculum, alongside our whole school ethos of everyone belonging to our Outwoods’ Family, aims to develop and nurture well-rounded, well-educated, and unique individuals, who will really make a difference in the world. We believe that every child deserves to reach their full potential. Children lie at the heart of everything we do and every decision within the school is made by firstly considering what is in the best interest of our children.
The curriculum on offer is designed to challenge, engage and motivate all children and develop them to be resilient and independent thinkers, which empowers them to take ownership and responsibility for their own learning as well as their conduct and behaviour. We are a highly inclusive school and make sure that everyone can succeed in a place where they feel safe, happy, and well. We celebrate and value difference.
Our parents are our partners in this education journey and we seek to include them in all that we do so that they can best support their child to make the most out of their time at school. You will find all our staff to be approachable and willing to help in any way they can as we all have the same goal, which is to ensure our children have the best possible start in life. We have an open door policy and you will always be welcome here.
